Reducer Oil Seal is a double-lip rotary shaft seal for industrial reducers and construction-machinery gearboxes. Applications include horizontal, vertical, and planetary reducer arrangements in mining equipment, conveyors, metallurgical machinery, and other transmissions that hold gear lubricant around rotating shafts.

Double-Lip Sealing Barrier
The two lips have separate jobs. The primary lip retains lubricant, while the second lip limits direct contact between the main sealing edge and dust, metal particles, or moisture entering from outside the reducer.
Wear-Resistant Rubber for Gear-Oil Exposure
Wear-resistant rubber is used for contact with gear oil. The material is intended to cope with abrasion and oil exposure during continuous rotation and repeated load changes, helping the lip avoid early deformation or wear.
Resistance to Extrusion, Aging, and Temperature Cycling
The seal is specified to resist extrusion deformation, aging, and both high- and low-temperature exposure. Keeping the molded profile stable is particularly relevant in reducers that run for long periods under torque and vibration.

Standard and non-standard ID, OD, width, cross-section, groove-related dimensions, and tolerances can be made from drawings or samples.
Material
NBR, HNBR, or FKM can be selected from Haobo's rotary-seal materials according to gear oil, temperature, wear, and environmental exposure.
Lip Structure
Available constructions include double lip, an auxiliary dust lip, spring loading, and a metal case, all matched to the approved reducer drawing.
Quality Control
Incoming rubber and structural parts are checked for the specified type and visible condition. On metal-cased or spring-loaded versions, the case and spring are checked together with the rubber before the relevant production step.
OD, ID, width, and lip geometry are measured against the drawing. Both sealing areas are inspected for flash, tears, incomplete molding, and contamination, and garter-spring seating is checked when the design uses one.
Rejected parts are separated before packing. Accepted seals then receive a final condition and identity check, followed by verification of quantity, labels, and carton condition for shipment. Third-party inspection is available when required.
