Water and Coolant Media Resistance

The elastomer is selected for water, coolant, and mild acid or alkali exposure. With long-term circulation of clean water, wastewater, or cooling liquid, the compound is intended to limit swelling, aging, and shape change that would otherwise reduce lip contact.

Flexible Rotary Lip

The working lip maintains contact during shaft rotation without putting excessive surface load on the pump shaft. High-frequency vibration or repeated starts can disturb shaft contact for short periods, and the flexible lip follows those small movements to limit leakage.

Precision-Molded Shaft and Housing Fit

The seal is molded to match the pump shaft and housing dimensions at the shaft end. Compact pump cavities leave little room for error in axial space and interference fit. Accurate outer diameter, inner diameter, and width help prevent loose seating and uneven lip position.

Customization

Dimensions and Lip Geometry

We can produce shaft diameter, outer diameter, axial width, lip angle, spring configuration where applicable, and non-standard cross-sections to the pump drawing.

Compound and Identification

We can adjust material formulation, color, part marking, and project identification to water chemistry, coolant additives, temperature, and maintenance requirements.

Quality Control

We check incoming rubber compound against the material requirement before production. If hardness or fluid-exposure behavior is specified for the water or coolant application, we verify that requirement as part of the material acceptance plan.

We check outer diameter, inner diameter, width, and sealing-lip geometry against the drawing because they control housing seating and shaft contact. The lip surface is inspected separately for cuts, flash, tears, and incomplete molding.

We carry out 100% inspection before packing. Product identity, quantity, labels, and carton condition are confirmed before shipment, with third-party inspection available when required.
