Founded in February 2018 with Zhao Lifang as its legal representative, Jinhua Haobo Sealing Technology Co., Ltd. is registered in Wucheng District, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. As a high-tech rubber sealing enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales, it has a compact and professional team of 1 to 20 employees, and has been honored with qualifications including Grade A Tax Credit in 2024.

In the course of development, the company has successively realized the production and R&D of product series such as RF, A and CRH, expanded its business layout to CNC machining and composite bonding, implemented 6S management, and completed site relocation and capacity expansion. Focusing on the R&D and production of rubber seals, its products are applied in automotive and other industries.

The company has established a solid position in the industry by virtue of its advantages in R&D (including independent equipment design), full-process quality control, and the corporate culture of "striving and innovation". Looking ahead, it will promote the high-end and intelligent development of sealing technologies and strive to build a world-class brand in new materials.

 

The company's factory is located at No. 89 Hucheng Street, Tangxi Town, Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, consistent with the company's registered address. The factory floor area is suitable for the current production scale. With scientifically planned layout, it is divided into five functional zones: R&D and testing area, core production area, precision quality inspection area, raw material storage area, and finished product logistics area. The smooth connection of processes among all zones enables integrated operation from R&D sample testing to mass production and finished product delivery, greatly improving production efficiency.

The factory is equipped with a full range of advanced production and R&D equipment, including CNC machines for precision machining of seals, special molding equipment, and customized production devices independently designed by the company, providing hardware support for product precision and stability. Meanwhile, the factory has established a sound production management system and fully implemented 6S on-site management standards. Strict operating procedures and inspection standards have been formulated for each link, from raw material warehousing and production process control to finished product delivery, ensuring standardized and regulated production processes.

In terms of environmental protection and sustainable development, the factory strictly complies with national environmental requirements, eliminates all polluting production processes, and is equipped with corresponding environmental treatment facilities to achieve green production. With an efficient production layout, advanced equipment configuration and rigorous management system, the factory has achieved stable mass production capacity for a variety of product series such as RF, A and CRH, providing solid production support for the company's business expansion.

In the automotive industry, rubber oil seals are used for sealing and leakage prevention in powertrain systems such as engines and gearboxes; customized automotive parts meet the assembly requirements of complete vehicles; and rubber O‑rings are applied in doors, windows and braking systems for water and dust protection.

In machinery manufacturing, rubber seals and O‑rings fit key parts including pipeline connections and cylinder pistons of hydraulic presses, air compressors and other equipment, effectively preventing oil leakage and impurity ingress.

In the electronic equipment sector, small rubber seals and customized rubber products provide waterproofing, shock absorption and insulation for communications equipment and precision instruments.

In addition, the products also serve general industrial and home appliance manufacturing, delivering reliable sealing and supporting solutions for the stable operation of various equipment.

The company is equipped with a complete set of rubber processing equipment, including one 250 rubber preformer, one 64L internal mixer, as well as multiple vulcanizing presses of various tonnages and quantities: two sets of 350-ton, three sets of 250-ton, four sets of 200-ton, five sets of 150-ton, and five sets of 100-ton presses.

It is also supported by one automatic dipping machine, one automatic rotating drying oven, a full range of testing equipment, and eight automatic trimming machines. This setup fully covers the entire production process of rubber products from rubber mixing, molding and vulcanization to post-processing and inspection, providing solid support for efficient production and quality control.
