The Metric Oil Seal is a radial shaft sealing component for equipment built around millimeter-based shafts, housings and spare-part systems. It is used in motors, pumps, gearboxes, transmissions and general industrial machinery that follows metric dimensions.

Metric Size
ID, OD and width are matched to metric drawings for standard replacement dimensions or non-standard millimeter sizes.
Compound
NBR, FKM, PTFE-based and silicone options are available within the oil-seal material program for different oils, temperatures and process media.
Functional Lip
Primary sealing lip, dust-exclusion lip and spring-loaded layouts are configured to the required shaft direction, contamination level and lubricant-retention function.
Quality Control
Metric parts are controlled by the released millimeter drawing and part number from incoming components through packing. Rubber compound, inserts and springs are identified before use. Mixed or visibly damaged components do not enter the production batch.
The 60 mm ID, 85 mm OD and 12 mm width are checked individually as fit dimensions. The 2.0 mm lip, lip position and case geometry are inspected independently so shaft contact and housing seating are not accepted from the overall size alone.
Rejected parts are separated from accepted product before packing. Final checks compare the finished metric seal with the part identity, quantity, label information and carton condition for the order.
