Working principle of rubber oil seal

The function of a rubber oil seal is to prevent lubricating oil from leaking from the inside of a mechanical transmission device to the outside. During mechanical transmission, friction and vibration of mechanical parts can cause lubricating oil to generate pressure, leading to leakage along the axial and radial directions. The rubber oil seal is designed to prevent this leakage.

 

The structure of a rubber oil seal generally includes an inner ring, an outer ring, and a sealing lip. By mating with mechanical parts, these components prevent lubricating oil from leaking from the inside to the outside, thus ensuring the normal operation of the mechanical transmission device and providing excellent sealing performance for the mechanical parts.
