The body is compression molded, then the sealing lip is finished to a smooth contact edge. A clean, controlled lip surface is important on crankshaft and camshaft tracks because small edge defects can become leakage paths during continuous rotation.

ID, OD, seal width, lip position, cross-section, and tolerances can be supplied in standard or non-standard sizes from drawings or samples.
Material
Material options include NBR, HNBR, FKM, and other engineering elastomers in Haobo's OEM range. Selection is based on engine oil or transmission fluid and the target temperature duty.
Seal Profile
Rotary lip geometry, spring construction, and case dimensions can be adjusted to the approved shaft speed, medium, and installation drawing.
Quality Control
Rubber compound, metal cases, and springs are checked before molding. For skeleton-style seals, the production route includes compound preparation, preforming, metal-case preparation, compression molding, trimming, and spring fitting when the design uses a spring.
During production, housing and shaft fit dimensions are checked against the drawing. The sealing lip is inspected as a working surface, with attention to cuts, tears, excess flash, incomplete molding, and contamination.
Before packing, finished seals are checked for surface condition, assembly, and correct product identity. Quantity, labels, and carton condition are then verified for shipment. Independent pre-shipment inspection can be accepted when required.
